Since 2010 Michel Roche and Jean-David Hirschy have been active in the search for executives, bankers, specialists and managers mainly in the fields of Banking, Wealth Management and Asset Management.

We intervene on the following roles : EXECUTIVE, BANKERS, FRONT OFFICE, BACK OFFICE, MIDDLE OFFICE, as well as COPORATE (Audit, Finance, HR, Compliance, etc.) or IT functions. We also intervene at the request of clients on recruitments outside the financial field.
