With more than 18 years of experience in the financial field, Jean-David Hirschy started his career in external and internal audit functions. These experiences allowed him to analyze and understand the different activities and roles within private banking, asset management and commercial activities, both at strategic and operational levels. He then continued his career as a Compliance Officer in management positions at various sized institutions in Geneva and Zurich.

Jean-David has a very good understanding of the field of asset management and of the expectations of the various stakeholders (clients, banks, regulators). He thus created in 2007 a consulting structure with the aim of providing outsourcing, organization, training and recruitment services in the field of Compliance.

From 2010, having identified an evolution in the needs of “corporate” clients following the changes in the Swiss financial center, he successfully focused on the recruitment of specialists in the banking and financial sector. His experience as a candidate, as a user of “recruitment agencies” as well as his knowledge of the expectations of line managers and Human Resources have enabled him to develop a qualitative approach based on matching the demands of companies and the skills of candidates. This approach, combined with a large network and a transversal understanding of banking activities, enables him to conduct recruitments on the different roles and functions in order to guarantee their good organization, functioning and development.
