HR Coordinator

Your responsibilities

  • Provide quality and efficient administrative support to the HR Manager
  • Manage full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, reviewing CVs, reference checks, interviews & hiring
  • Manage contact with applicants and recruitment agencies (negotiating contract & Fees)
  • Communicate with employees regarding of their needs and new hirees
  • Prepare contracts, work permits, onboarding paperwork for new employees
  • Update continously the HR system with new and additional information
  • Assist with payroll, LLP, …

Your profile

  • 3+ years of experience within an HR department in Switzerland
  • Excellent level of English and French is a must
  • HR Certificate or in the process
  • Experience in recruitment ; sourcing and using different recruitment tools
  • Impeccable communication skills to handle various external and internal projects
  • Strong organisational and time management skills: attention to details and quality, ability to prioritize, to follow up, to respect confidentiality
  • Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
  • Swiss nationality or Working Permit C/B
