HR Coordinator ENG/FR

Your responsibilities
- Provide quality and efficient administrative support to the HR Manager
- Manage full recruitment cycle: job descriptions, reviewing CVs, reference checks, interviews & hiring
- Manage contact with applicants and recruitment agencies (negotiating contract & Fees)
- Communicate with employees regarding of their needs and new hirees
- Prepare contracts, work permits, onboarding paperwork for new employees
- Update continously the HR system with new and additional information
- Assist with payroll, LLP, …

Your profile
- 3+ years of experience within an HR department in Switzerland
- Excellent level of English and French is a must
- HR Certificate or in the process
- Experience in recruitment ; sourcing and using different recruitment tools
- Impeccable communication skills to handle various external and internal projects
- Strong organisational and time management skills: attention to details and quality, ability to prioritize, to follow up, to respect confidentiality
- Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools
- Swiss nationality or Working Permit C/B
