We are currently looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to provide close support to a Relationship Manager serving an international client base.

Experience or exposure to Eastern European markets, fluency in Russian or Ukrainian, combined with a solid understanding of regional client expectations and cross-border banking practices, are essential requirements and a prerequisite for being considered for this position.

Your responsibilities

• Assist the Senior RMs with all client and account related matters.
• Meet with clients autonomously and prepare documentation for in-person interactions.
• Act as liaison between the bank and clients.
• Handle account openings and closures, everyday transactions, KYC and compliance monitoring.
• Independently manage a portfolio of clients and ensure operations are executed accurately.
• Ensure that the bank’s products and services effectively meet client needs.
• Maintain and update the client database.
• Help relieve workload from Senior RMs.

Your profile

5 to 10 years of solid experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or Client Service Officer, working with an international client base.
• Strong understanding of Private Banking operations, including account openings, execution of stock exchange orders, transfers, transaction monitoring and follow-up.
• Proven experience interacting with clients by phone and in-person, including preparation of client visits.
• Ability to work autonomously while providing high-quality service and attention to detail.
Fluency in French and English as working languages.
Fluency in Russian or Ukrainian is mandatory for this role.
• Very good IT skills, with confidence in common banking systems and MS Office tools.
• Strong organizational skills; precise, rigorous and methodical approach.
